How We Review
Our goal is simple: help South Metro Atlanta residents find an insurance agency that will actually help them, especially if they've been turned down elsewhere.

Willingness to insure hard-to-place drivers
Does the agency work with people who have credit issues, tickets, at-fault accidents, or gaps in coverage, or do they turn them away? This is our most heavily weighted factor, because it's where most people get stuck.

Do they return calls, explain options in plain language, and follow through after the sale? We look at how consistently customers describe their experience.

Google review reputation
We consider both the star rating and the number of reviews. A high rating across a large number of reviews is a stronger signal than a perfect score from a handful.

Agencies that have served the community for many years have a track record we can look at.

Local presence in Henry County
We favor agencies with physical offices in McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, and nearby, where you can walk in and talk to a real person.
What we don't do
